Highly recommend avoiding. Struggled to get responses from him, often taking more than 2 weeks for him to return an email or call. He charged for work that he didn’t end up doing, and when charging for sending an email to multiple people (copy and paste content) he charged the full amount multiple times for each person. Made incorrect filings against our guidance and then charged to unwind his errors. Completely horrible experience that cost us significant time, money, and stress.
Only got as far as we will pass the info to him. 3x I called for my mother's circumstance (he is considered the expert by everyone). We were not fortunate enough to warrant even a call back to inform us that he would not represent us. I tried another lawyer and after being misled, and my mother losing 7000.00 we have come to the conclusion that her life savings, then at 10,000 ( due to covid and her health she has pretty much stayed home for the past 3 years) and the fact she is low income (living of ssi) we didn't rate high... read more
