I had an almost 15 year tobacco habit. For me the first treatment 100% removed the addictive need for more. It took time to remove the habitual desire though. But I’ve been tobacco free for four months with zero relapses. Edit: Two years and four months zero relapses. Highly recommend acupuncture over any other method.
