Bent my wheel on the Katy Trail and went by Walt’s for help. They were super friendly and immediately started to work on it. Great service and terrific selection of bikes!

Excellent selection of everything. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I do wish the staff would learn the old "Underpromise and overdeliver" technique. For example, on 05/26/26, a Tuesday, I ordered a part at the counter. I was told it should be there by Friday, early the following week at the latest. And that was confirmed by another employee. I went in late the following week and it had not arrived. I received the call it was here on 06/17/26. Luckily my new motto is "no hurries no worries".
