Purchased Gorgar pinball. They had to return 1st time because they put the legs unsafe for use. Then I waited 2 months to get it serviced. When it finally got serviced the mechanic made it worse. Now I'm paying a reputable mechanic to fix Walton's screw ups. Not happy
Fabulous experience for my son’s 10th birthday party!!! The owner Adam was so gracious and communicative! It’s a great alternative to all the regular party spots. It’s a small business, so I was happy my money was spent here! The boys played arcade games, pinball, skee ball, pop a shot, and virtual car games. Also, we had a kitchen with a large screen tv so the boys could pop in to have pizza and watch a football game. We had the whole place to ourselves and were not hurried out when our 3 hours were up. Thanks Adam!
Sent photos of the part I needed. Desk manager said she has it after a few email exchanges. I go to pick up the part and she asks if I have the old part and claims she told me to bring it. She didn’t. I have the emails and photos I sent and that wasn’t specified. No refunds of course. Go to install the part they sold me and it’s wrong. Emailed 4 times and no response. Out $100. Don’t respond with your “not a Walton’s games customer”cause I’ll post the photos of the email exchanges and the incorrect part. Just want the correc... read more
Great place to rent or buy arcade and table games.
Everyone here is really friendly and helpful. Their technicians, to fix your broken arcade game, were great at problem solving to see results. They rent out for corporate events and I look forward to being able to come back and use this service too.
