I been taking my taxes to them for over 20 years, my mistake, called them a couple times, 1 time I called them, it wasn’t even tax time,. And nobody returns my phone call, they do my taxes in 10 minutes, no help, no suggestions, you would think after going there this long they would, not professional at all and will not return your phone calls,better off taking my taxes elsewhere, like turbo tax, much cheaper, that’s really sad, after so many years
