With an attitude that "WE" don't make mistakes along with the great ability to lie, the manager at this company refuses to take care of their customers in a kind manner, not giving an inch unless forced to. Very very bad customer service. Adios!
Rip off! Bogus! Warning! Caution! I trusted the expensive food i bought for long term would be as advertised. I kept it indoor air conditioning in it's original box. 10 years later, I go to use it. The cans were bulging and product unusable, a solid hard brick. They will not replace the product. Says the warranty is ONLY 6 Months!! Says it's now rated for just 5 - 10 years. Ummm. It was packed in 2014 so it is just 10 years. Am i supposed to use it in 5 or 9 years or less than 6 months??
