Fantastic people. Excellent at what they do and very helpful with everything related to taxes and book keeping. I have used them since the start of the business and they give me peace of mind and safe harbor to know that I am keeping my business in good standing. They let me know if anything is coming and are always very on top of it, even when I don't have the time to be.
Sara Was hired for the customer service part of the business, great! She's great and very needed as Twila does NOT have that quality. She's probably a great CPA, but her black and white approach is not for me(i.e. I've emailed my response no need for a phone call approach. See image). Sometimes I need to discuss things in person or at least over the phone and they are very email happy. Works for some clients not for me.
Walton CPA has been wonderful and very responsive. Twilla and her team really go above and beyond to make sure we don't just feel like a number. We started with their basic package and now use them for not only bookkeeping but also payroll and tax prep. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I randomly decided to check in on my review.. and what do you know.. it’s DELETED. Just goes to show how dishonest, and how non-transparent she is. Twila was the absolute worse CPA I’ve came in contact with. She completely did our address incorrectly and are still having issues regarding our stimulus due to the incorrect address. I truly can’t image what else she did incorrectly. And when trying to get information from her she was rude, and of course AFTER she was paid is when we seen the rude side of her. 10/10 DO NOT recom... read more
