I’ve relied on Walters Wicker for over 7 years. On a recent commercial project, they built custom outdoor sofas that looked stunning and held up beautifully. Great product range, endless customization, and an amazing team!
I have never experienced a more unprofessional company. Email for a price and never received a quote. Called the shop and was given the run around. First question was whether I was a decorator. No. A consumer trying to make a purchase. They would not quote a price, but took my email and assured me they were sending me the pricing. Never happened.
Hands down worst customer service I have ever experienced for multiple years! Tucci Patio umbrella has been a terrible investment and I will never buy products from Tucci or Walter’s again.

We have been dealing with a replacement chair for over 1 year and still to this day we don’t have the chair that was shipped out wrong. We are told one thing and they never follow through with what they say tye are going to do:
