A few years ago i had a missed understanding and steve took care of it, he's is very helpfull.
They knew I was going to leave a review when I left lol !!!! People the only power we have now really is the power of a very very very bad review lol !!! Ok I have to make my plea : 1 I called in my order, when I got there the same guy on the phone never put my order in, I had to wait and remember what I needed. I didn’t bring the plans. His reason (we had a lot of people calling and not picking up the order) 2 the guy was very slow, but helpful I will be his age some day.
