So that they can assure you they have the materials you're looking for and then give you that dumb look on their face when you show up asking for what they ASSURED they would have. Best of all, it'll happen TIME AND TIME AGAIN! & These "waste time" employees can be found at EVERY Walter's location. Bravo!
