This attorney committed fraud! Brian Walters is a scam artist who committed a crime by exposing concealed records illegally and without remorse insulted the State Bar. I have it all documented. Sadly, while Brian Walters gives the appearance of having a lot of knowledge from his podcast, what I experienced in the courtroom was completely the opposite. The day before the trial, he spoke with me for only 5 minutes and 12 seconds. That's it. This is the kind of respect he gives to his clients. He was extremely unprepared, did not put in the time and detail for preparation, and made many errors and mistakes. Dealing with this firm has been nothing short of a nightmare for me.
