I love my new sectional couch from Walters. We have a living room that is oddly long and narrow and they had a sectional that fit our needs perfectly! The delivery guys were great and took their time today figuring out how to get the couch through the narrow door ways in our rather old house.
Do not purchase appliances here. I brought a washer and dryer with financing. Washer does not work. They never answer the phone. I had to drive back up there just to report it. Was promised by the manager to have another set delivered. Got another washer rusty and cosmetically ugly. This crap doesn't work either all it's doing is running my water bill up and not washing my clothes. Now I'm financing broke appliances. Upset is a understatement

I would like to say we purchased a washer and dryer set from Walters discount store we did have some issues shortly after we got the washer after the 30 day warranty but we were able to come to a mutual agreement they eventually picked our washer up tuck it in kept it for a couple of days seem to gotten it repaired it's been right at 30 days now we've had a minor problem with the spin balance a couple times but for the most part it seems to be working but however he said if we had any issues he would have us correct the prob... read more
I'm lessed than pleased, I've spoken to Walter personally and he did what he said he would do kinda. I never recieved the piece that covers the legs on the front of the refrigerator. I've called a few times but I should of just called Walter personally however I lost his number and asked where it is, however when he sent the repair guy out the guy came with no parts and sadly had to use a part that I recieved from another technician.
