I love my new sectional couch from Walters. We have a living room that is oddly long and narrow and they had a sectional that fit our needs perfectly! The delivery guys were great and took their time today figuring out how to get the couch through the narrow door ways in our rather old house.
I'm lessed than pleased, I've spoken to Walter personally and he did what he said he would do kinda. I never recieved the piece that covers the legs on the front of the refrigerator. I've called a few times but I should of just called Walter personally however I lost his number and asked where it is, however when he sent the repair guy out the guy came with no parts and sadly had to use a part that I recieved from another technician. Great service and prices! Amazing customer service.. he saved us lots of money! Love my new mattress!
I bought a refrigerator from them. I had the worst time trying to get one that worked right. I know by no means did they want to sell me a refrigerator that didn’t work, however communication was dropped and I felt like I was being a bother to them. At the end of the day Walter called me and made things right. I now have a refrigerator that works great. With that being said we ended on a good note.
Do not purchase appliances here. I brought a washer and dryer with financing. Washer does not work. They never answer the phone. I had to drive back up there just to report it. Was promised by the manager to have another set delivered. Got another washer rusty and cosmetically ugly. This crap doesn't work either all it's doing is running my water bill up and not washing my clothes. Now I'm financing broke appliances. Upset is a understatement
