I bank here and I always brag about it even looking past there mess ups (like accidentally putting my deposited money into another account once) but the other day I was 40 minutes away in another town and had to come get a check cashed that wasn't in my name so I called and confirmed with 2 different people as long as I had the person who the check was written out to and their ID it was fine and they could cash it it my account.
