I’ll start by saying they do have a wide range of exotic pets, and that part is great. But unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was awful. My husband and I went in to buy an iguana, and since it was our first time owning one, we had a lot of questions. The employee working that day was on her phone almost the entire time and had her young daughter doing all the work for her. Customer service here is trash. I’ve come here so many times and it’s never better. Just young people running a store they don’t care about. Also The animals are cool but some of the cages are WAY too small. And even the hermit crabs have painted shells when everyone knows that’s toxic for them. Having multiple foxes or bunnies in small enclosures etc is just not okay. I understand yall have limited space but maybe don’t hoard so many animals and reptiles then? Love it
They were so horrible they don’t even deserve a one star. The back is filthy and animals are overcrowded, they were picking up the two mice my friend brought home today by the tails as well as carrying the animals allllll over the store by the tails. Unprofessional and need to be shut down, I’ve brought a chameleon in because he was harming himself, I went in later on and saw him yet again but even more skinny and sick. Come to find out he died as soon as he was sent home with a little boy.
