Cheap snake supplies cool animals
We come from out of state to this store, have always been told over the phone they close at 7, we walked in at 6:31 and were told to leave and they were closed. So much for that 3 hour drive. We will just go to Amarillo or El Paso instead.
Terrible service but also jus a place you shouldn't support. the animals they sell should not be pets.
The quality of their feeders is really one of the only good things I can say about them. I used to love them! But their customer service is AWFUL! They will talk crap about other customers in front of you and your lucky if you can get a smile from anyone. I over heard two of the employees talking to each other and one said, "I am gonna tell more of our regulars to leave more reviews. I am tired of all these randos."
