I shouldn’t have to write a review but maybe this will get my message across to the owner! I bought multiple pets, but the issue is with my hognose snake, who was allegedly fed every Friday a fuzzy rat, but went 9 months constantly calling and going back even downsizing the meals per the employees’ recommendations/knowledge. Workers are very unprofessional and rude to customers.
I love my baby she is very sweet and she is my best friend now :)
