This was by far the most horrible and intimidating experience I have ever had with a law firm. From the very beginning of the call, the woman I spoke with at Walter Law Firm was extremely short, rude, and dismissive. Absolutely trash! Terrible customer service, quick to dismiss, communication skills are horrible! I DON’T RECOMMEND! She is absolutely horrible. You can have all the evidence and she’ll still say you have no legal claim before you even say what you have! Again this is a trash law firm, don’t waste your time !

She is extremely quick to dismiss your concerns and contradict you without explanation. An immediate "no" with no reasoning provided, even when respectfully challenged. I have over five valid claims to file suit on, and rather than engaging with any of them, each was summarily discounted. The response was essentially: "Yes, that's the law, that they broke, but a judge would view it as..." implying the case would be difficult to win, which seemed to serve as justification for being dismissive and unhelpful to a veteran. They do not like to answer a lot of questions and will get angry and short with you if you try to contact them too much ( via phone or email). Overcharged for services that other law firms provide for much lower cost. EDIT: ( Response to the owner) :Thank you for the response. I called to inquire about a civil matter and the representative who answered the phone was extremely rude in answering my questions. I wouldn't even recommend this law firm.
