Exactly service and very understanding
Assumed I wanted the cheapest attorney because I asked his rate, disgustingly unprofessional assumption to make. Basically told me to go elsewhere, I'm a first time home buyer, I'm not looking to stiff a lawyer, but this is also a very time consuming and costly process for a buyer. However I am also willing to pay for good services, I was offended he thought my question was solely to save money. Now I understand it's the only thing he cares about. Would never trust him.
