Great place to shop and customize a sofa and loveseat because you can walk around and get ideas before working on the details. Hannah was helpful when sorting out all of the options.
Loved working with our designer Lauren Klein. She was great to work with and really helped make such a confusing and overwhelming process fun and enjoyable. Our new furniture really helped turn our new house into a home. The customer service is great and very responsive, would highly recommend WES, especially Lauren.
I purchased a couch December of 2023. The cushions are completely misshapen. Had them replaced once FOUR months after delivery. Have the same issue with these “better” cores. Customer service keeps telling me “normal” wear and tear. And YES- We flip them almost every day which is also ridiculous. This is NOT normal after only 18 mos. So disappointing. I expected better from WES.
