I purchased a couch December of 2023. The cushions are completely misshapen. Had them replaced once FOUR months after delivery. Have the same issue with these “better” cores. Customer service keeps telling me “normal” wear and tear. And YES- We flip them almost every day which is also ridiculous. This is NOT normal after only 18 mos. So disappointing. I expected better from WES.

Working with Lauren was lovely. She was very helpful and patient as I took the time to pick out exactly what I wanted. She kept in touch with me throughout the process, giving me regular updates and making herself available if I needed anything. When it was time for my furniture to be delivered, the delivery team was nice, professional, and efficient. They contacted me when they said they would and showed up in the timeframe promised. I highly recommend working with Lauren!
