Lauren was so helpful when purchasing our new furniture for our home (with no pressure at all). She was very helpful in picking a fabric that coordinated with the other furniture in our home and making sure everything would fit perfectly. I would recommend asking for Lauren if you need any assistance purchasing your next special piece for your home.
I had a great experience working with Becca Itkowitz at Oak Brook location .She is very professional and knowledgeable, therefore my process of choosing a proper sofa/ sectional went smoothly and quickly. I was very impressed with the service provided at your Oak Brook store by Becca. I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. I was looking for a credenza which was available on line. I was skeptical to purchase without actually seeing the piece. Becca went well above and beyond to provide me a better picture so I could make my decision.
