Very poor customer service. I had to contact Walter E. Smithe several times to request a refund from a previous purchase and return. It has been nine days and I was told it will take a few more days before the refund is returned to my card. The original salesperson never returned my call as promised.
I purchased a couch December of 2023. The cushions are completely misshapen. Had them replaced once FOUR months after delivery. Have the same issue with these “better” cores. Customer service keeps telling me “normal” wear and tear. And YES- We flip them almost every day which is also ridiculous. This is NOT normal after only 18 mos. So disappointing. We had an excellent experience with Walter E Smith. Just recently updated our living room and had beautiful selection and superb help from our designer, Lauren Klein. Lauren worked with us from start to finish, including being here on delivery day to place rugs, furniture and decor. We love our new room!
Great place to shop and customize a sofa and loveseat because you can walk around and get ideas before working on the details. Hannah was helpful when sorting out all of the options.
