I worked with Senior Designer Catherine Piscitelli at the Oak Brook store and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and helped me put my vision together. I am so pleased with the result and would work with her again on another design project.

Disappointing post purchase experience. Spent $$$ on a custom sectional and upon delivery the color looked quite different from the color we had selected from the display in the showroom. This is the first thing both my wife and I noticed when the couch was delivered. When I contacted customer support, I was forwarded to the warranty department. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Senior Designer Cate, who welcomed me warmly with a smile and asked if I was looking for anything specific. Lauren was so helpful when purchasing our new furniture for our home (with no pressure at all). She was very helpful in picking a fabric that coordinated with the other furniture in our home and making sure everything would fit perfectly.
