Our first time shopping at Walter E Smithe and it was a great experience! Jackie was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure we selected the right wood finish for our table and fabric for our chairs. We are very pleased with our dining table and chairs and will definitely be back!

Wow. We normally love water e smithe but we had a $2800 chair and ottoman delivered and within 4 months we sent it back because of fraying. After it was returned, it is again fraying after another 3 months and they will do nothing about it and said it’s normal to have to shave it and trim it. (Even though it could unravel as the fibers are knotted). No offer to reupholster in a better material. Their ad says things are built right with quality brands and they will stand behind it.
