Jackie Hon designed our family room wonderfully. Very happy with her ideas while listening to our input as well. She has so much patience and kindness. It's like working with a friend. Jackie answered all my questions and even gave extra help to be sure all was placed perfectly upon delivery. She was never pushy for the sale. She only cared that we were happy and excited about everything. The delivery team was fabulous too. Professional and courteous, friendly, and helpful. Our experience with Walter E. Smithe was great.
Jewel is excellent as a saleswoman and decorator. Quality furniture -look for their sales when you need furniture.
our first time in a Walter E Smithe store as we were just looking at that point. We were greeted by Jackie Hon. She walked us around listened to what we were looking for, and showed us exactly what we had in mind. All the way throught to delivery. She sent us updates and kept us well informed on every step. Shopping for some new furniture and received excellent advice from Jackie. Absolutely love my new sofa. It fits well with my other furnishings and was within my budget Jackie was very good about understanding my needs and helping me consider alternatives. So glad I shopped at Walter E Smith and met this great designer!
Our first time shopping at Walter E Smithe and it was a great experience! Jackie was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure we selected the right wood finish for our table and fabric for our chairs. We are very pleased with our dining table and chairs and will definitely be back!
