Ordered wall slats for a project. This company knowingly shipped me defective material and then when asked to replace the material they refused to ship it in a timely manner. They don't back their customers at all. Order material elsewhere
4 years ago Walston Architectural made and installed three barn doors (including hardware) for approximately $1,100 each. They did a great job. Recently we went in to talk to them about another barn door. $5,000 !!!! No installation !!!! (Similar door to previous three.) No good explanation. It appears they are getting out of the barn door business? They simply need to put out there they don't do barn doors anymore. So happy with our doors. They are everything we imagined and then some! Thank to Caleb and the team for putting up with my numerous questions and emails. You guys were incredible to work with and your installers were top notch. Definitely recommend for your next door project. 10/10!
