Do not work with this company. This was hands down the worst tax experience of my life. For the 2022 tax year, I sent them my required documents months in advance and confirmed their receipt. Day before tax day, I reach out to Mitch to get a status on our return. He sends me a return dated to that day, showing that no work had been done until I reached out. i would not recommend this business. The reviews are right, this is the "WORST" company to work with!
We had a letter from the IRS and we emailed them in early May. Our preparer emailed us back and said he was on vacation and would contact us when he got back. We have emailed him 10 times and left numerous voicemails. We had to find a new accounting service.
We’ve been using WALSH for both our businesses and personal taxes for a couple years now. We find them to be knowledgeable, accurate and do beautiful work preparing documents for various needs. Also annual tax prep is second to none.
