Mr. Walser was in charge of a family member as she went through dementia and finally passed away. By all counts, he did an acceptable job with her and her estate. However, 1 year and 2 months later we just got a letter saying that he declared the income from the estate that went to my husband for the current year instead of for next year. The estate planning services provided by Mr. Walser and his team made my life so much easier. From the moment I walked in the door the customer service was wonderful.
