VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand tax season can be stressful for these businesses but I just got off of the phone with the most unpleasant woman working for this business. I don't care if its first thing in the morning, if its the last minute to get the info I need, it is your job to act like an adult and give me the information I need POLITELY. I've never been treated so badly from a supposedly legit business. It's ridiculous.
