Just wanted to say that the maintain people are awesome. When I need some repairs they try to come as soon as possible I am very pleased with them. Also the work that they are doing on the building it’s looking very nice
My kids and I are stepping on roaches almost everyday at night, been 6 months here, when roaches are crawling on your tooth brush, kitchen counter, on your food in your microwave, on your brand new couch when you nap, having to check the toilet seat every time you sit down, that's why this review. Carolyn(main manager) told me on day one, "sign the lease and will take care of everything within the next 24hrs, because it's disgusting how MJ was moving you into a apartment like that" she said I was getting my cabinets cleaned ... read more
If they fixed the front gate, and renovated the gym this place would be a lot better. Carpet could also use some cleaning. Repairs can drag. Good location though, everything you need is close by
Came to see this place. The amenities listed online are all closed. The hallway smelled bad and the carpet was really dirty. The people I talked to were nice though. Not for me
This place smells of urine, cigarettes and mildew. The brown carpet they have in the hallway is rancid, stinks and has stains all over. The “gym” consists of one broken treadmill. The “library” was closed the entire time I lived there. It was a gated community until the gate broke and in 2 years they never fixed it. They change managers every couple months because they are treated poorly, I was told. I saw 4 or 5 managers in my time there.
