Unprofessional staff, the scheduler is unprofessional and needs customer service training. Is a liar and very rude, they need someone that has more experience, she can’t even handle the staff. She talks about staff with other staff out in the open where residents and family can hear. Very unprofessional!!!
Ignorant staff racist said I was standing around I gave a bath I help people on a different hallway past trays or because of my peanut allergy then somebody lied on me never bring your family here

Unprofessional DON. She isn't even fit to run a McDonald's. You really scraped the bottom of the barrel when hiring her! Better luck hiring your next DON. Which hopefully happens soon before all the staff quit and you try to run just on agency! It's sad. This used to be a nice establishment. Do better!! The residents deserve better!
Don't really care for the nasty attitudes of the nursing stuff when I haven't been able to reach my Mom for 5 days, everytime, we will check and have her call you!! 5 days her phone still goes straight to voicemail.! Very frustrating
