I thoroughly enjoying my experience at Walnut Grove! The staff's dedication to providing exceptional service and creating a sense of community is truly commendable. The special events, like Wine and Dine a lovely touch, and the food it’s always delicious. The dining room staff is friendly and attentive, making sure your needs are met with a smile. My mom has been a resident of Walnut Grove Retirement Community for over 4 years. From the moment she moved in it has been such a welcoming community. All staff members are committed to helping the residents feel like family. Many staff members have gone beyond their job description and have visited residents who have been hospitalized and are quick with a hug or reassuring word. Change is not easy. Moving from a small town to a city is not easy. Moving out of your family home is not easy. What was easy was the decision to chose Walnut Grove Retirement Community. We had done a ton of research and visited a lot of communities and all were fine places, but when my parents walked into the lobby at Walnut Grove and was greeted by Amber, it was a done deal!
