I’ve driven out to the Walmart in Falmouth specifically for the vision center twice now this week. Their online hours vs their actual hours are very different! They are completely closed on Friday’s! That was one wasted trip! And on Saturday’s it says they are open until 6pm. I got there at 3:11pm and was told they closed at 3pm. Angry doesn’t describe it.
I’ve been waiting 2-3 weeks now to pick up my glasses. They’re paid for and they’re ready. I went in twice when they said they were open (said it online too) and they said they can’t check me out because the front desk went home sick and they were rude about it. They told me to come back Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. I went back Friday and they’re closed. I try to be super understanding, I get it but it’s been a long time and I can’t see. I cannot drive without my glasses. The doctor that gave me the eye exam was super nice... read more
Love Dr O who is separate from the vision center, but I went in today to have my frames adjusted as they are falling off my face, and asked a woman in the next room over how to Go about getting them readjusted, because I didn't see the Dr in there. She very rudely told me she can adjust them but I have to wait in turn and walked away, I then followed her out and told her I understood If there was a line and explained that I don't normally go to that side and I go to the Dr in the back, and she again ever so nicely stated WEL... read more
