I’ll give 2 stars because the people are friendly. Everything else was a big pain to deal with. I went in, had eye exam and ordered glasses. When I went back to get them on a Saturday there was no optometrist working that day because he was taking his paid time off. Fine but you should have another optometrist there. Why even be open if there’s no optometrist? They are normally there every time they are open. They couldn’t give me my glasses because he had to sign off on them. My daughter recently received her glasses here a few days ago, and the entire staff was so helpful and friendly! The optometrist Shavonna was a blessing to my family! Shavonna was definitely God sent, and I would recommend everyone to purchase glasses through them!
Quick great service. I got a call to get my glasses earlier today and drove a hour to get there and they're closed. It doesn't say anything about being closed on the site. It actually says they are open until 7:00 today. Called the number and never got a answer. So how exactly am I supposed to know when or how to pick up my glasses!?! I highly suggest updating hours on here. I can't afford to lose 2 hours round trip just to get here and nobody be here...
