Ok…. I have a horrible astigmatism and have he’s to deal with ridiculous wait times for contacts and or glasses (typically 4 to 8 weeks). So…I noticed a vision center at Walmart and decide, what the hay, I’ll give them a shot. Suzy and Kara were there to help me order a new set of contacts and were absolutely fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👓👓👓👓👓⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When I walked into the optical shop to buy an inexpensive case for my glasses, I wasn’t expecting much in the way of customer service for such a minor transaction. I was WRONG! Both Suzy and Leigh treated me as if I were spending a million dollars. They were both genuinely friendly and were focused on getting me a great value. I am blown away by their terrific customer service. 💯 I’ll go back to this optical store for any of those types of needs.
Suzy did a really good job checking up on my glasses and retightening it and cleaning it and she was very friendly
