Great little place to get some rest and relaxation! Highly recommended
Ashley is one of those few in life who are genuinely nice to talk to. She is friendly, helpful, and competent at what she does. I've been going to the Hilo Vision Center for about 4 years now and Ashley has helped me through almost all of those visits. She is happy to help whenever you need and never makes you feel like you are a bother. She is willing to take the time to listen to what you need and tries the best she can. Thank you Ashley for making my visits such a nice experience every time.

The doctor seemed like he didn’t want to be there and wasn’t personable at all. Gave instruction without detail, then got irritated when I was confused halfway through the eye test, basically tried to tell me what answer I should be giving, prescribed glasses that I’ve never worn because it doesn’t help my vision, in fact seems backwards. Only reason they get any stars is because the rest of the staff were awesome.
Camea was very sweet and is our go to person for all glasses related needs. Daughter broke her frame and we left within the hour with a new frame, she was so helpful and gave us the best deal.
