They took incorrect measurements and now my glasses are lopsided. I have gone back once and thought everything was okay, but it's not. I'm going back yet again and will request they send the glasses back to have them redone to fix the problem. The problem is with the frames.
The only place my family and I go to for our vision needs! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable with their services and products. Great place for the whole family and we got our prescriptions pretty fast. Definitely recommend ask for Imelda, Mrs. Sharon or Shawna you won't be disappointed.
They have different types of glasses, the service is good, but my problem was that I got my pairs of glasses, with too long temples length they tried to adjust but it did not have any changes, and the other glasses were short, and when I asked if they could change it the lady told me that was not possible. I feel really disappointed, because this was not my fault. They took the wrong measurements.
