The eye Dr (the woman) misdiagnosed my daughter. Just looking into her eyes she said she wouldn't be able to wear contacts for sports. She gave her a pretty bad prescription, the lenses we really thick, and refer us to a specialist. After 2-3 months of headaches and nausea (from wearing unnecessary glasses) The specialist told us she has perfect vision and is baffled she reacted as if my daughter was going blind!!
Yesterday my brother went to pick up his glasses. He is an Adult with Mental Illness. Well he was so excited he forget his name and responded”Sean Diddy” The staff made him feel so comfortable and he is still smiling. Thanks for your u compassion. It made me proud

Customer Service was great from A-Z. The team went over and beyond in assisting with selecting the perfect frames that suited our faces and matched our personalities. They even tighten our daughter's frames while she waited for us. This is a Walmart vision to visit.
