Just sharing my opinion on this center. I called in to see if they did eye exams or just filled prescriptions. The person I spoke to said they do both. I asked If I needed an appointment for an exam, the person said no, the Dr is here. I said Great is there a wait, the person said no. I said Great I’ll be there in 15 min. 10 min later I arrive and am told they are temporarily closed….thats odd I called 10 minutes ago and you were open and taking walk ins. Called in for help and the employees were super nice and very helpful
I been ordering glasses for years here, bit this time it is very disappointing. New employee when ordering glasses which had trouble using the system and seemed a little confused, but I have him the benefit of being new and he was very friendly. My text to pick up my glasses and the lady that was there was not very friendly from the beginning. Then come to find out only the lenses where there no frame and the lady was not going to look into it, but was going to wait until tomorrow when the new employee will be back. Will.gov... read more
