I had a great experience with the staff and process of ordering glasses.everyone was friendly and my glasses came before the estimated date of arrival.The manager was very professional and answered all my questions.

I recently had a long overdue eye exam at Walmart Vision. The service was exceptional. The eye doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. Toni in reception was especially helpful and sweet. She gave me all my options and the price points for each with no pressure to purchase that day. A great experience with knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
Refused to give me my medical records (eye exam results) because I didn’t buy glasses from them. Guess I’ll be suing! Thanks for being the worst.
Scheduled an appointment based off of my insurance being excepted there. An employee confirmed that they took my insurance, I scheduled the appointment based off of that. I got to the appointment, checked in, had the eye exam… and afterwards I was taken into a side room, with a small table and credit card machine, and was charged for the eye exam.
