Stephanie Stovall went the extra mile, above & beyond to help when Heaton didn't do their job right i had asked them to do. It was a pleasant visit.
They have good customer service, but I bought a pair of frames that had strings on the bottom. I was concerned about the quality, and asked the person working there if the frames were of good quality. She said, “yes.” They were the worst quality frames I have ever purchased in 55 years of wearing glasses. The lenses have popped out three times now just in normal use, and when I dropped them, the frames broke in the middle as if the metal was made of glass. I hate this place. I got my daughters glasses here thinking I was going to get what I wanted instead I got the opposite. Their was a mess up on their end not mine. I won't be doing business with them anymore I would give them a negative 0 if I could!
