I had the pleasure of working with Stephania, who took her time to understand my needs. My distance is fine, but I work on a computer 9 to 10 hours a day & bifocals weren’t cutting it. Unfortunately, I couldn't allow them to provide service to my son. I arrived with my family, and it seemed to irritate them that I was there with my wife and daughter, bringing my son. Supposedly, it's only one companion per patient; if that's their policy, why don't they state it beforehand? I had to go to that tiny office with my family and wait outside like we were homeless people in front of the entrance. I thank God they didn't let them see my son. The workers there were super helpful! My glasses came unscrewed and they fixed it in no time and cleaned them.
Stephanie Stovall went the extra mile, above & beyond to help when Heaton didn't do their job right i had asked them to do. It was a pleasant visit.
