I recently had an outstanding customer experience while buying glasses. I recently changed companies and found that Walmart was now out of network with my insurance. I had gone to another provider but was not impressed. I only stopped by Walmart on my way home to do a price check. I was so impressed by Suzanne, that I actually purchased the glasses out of pocket and will have insurance reimburse me. I went into the optical department yesterday and Marlen was so sweet and helpful. She adjusted my glasses and made sure i was comfortable with them before walking out. Definitely recommend stopping by!

The service here is absolutely terrible. The only worker in the vision center is glued to her phone, disappearing for 10 minutes at a time. Instead of asking the 8 other people who have been waiting for over 30 minutes if they need any help, she just takes her sweet time. I’m beyond frustrated!
