I went into the optical department yesterday and Marlen was so sweet and helpful. She adjusted my glasses and made sure i was comfortable with them before walking out. Definitely recommend stopping by!

The service here is absolutely terrible. The only worker in the vision center is glued to her phone, disappearing for 10 minutes at a time. Instead of asking the 8 other people who have been waiting for over 30 minutes if they need any help, she just takes her sweet time. I’m beyond frustrated!
Ms. Lori was so helpful today. She had me in and out! My screw came out of my glasses and she let me know the policy and they were back like before. She is amazing and so sweet.
