Marlen at WalMart in New Caney is awesome. She helped me with a very difficult decision for eyewear. She explained everything for every option I had and I am very pleased with her professional attention and great customer service.
I had a great experience at Walmart vision in new Caney. They helped me to know what my benefits would cover. I went multiple times until I was sure I had picked frames that I liked. They were very patient and helpful. After I ordered and received my glasses. They let me know that I could get a pair of prescription sunglasses at a discount. I kept thinking about it and when I finally went back in, I discovered I was on the last day that I still qualified for that discount. I believe it was 30 days from my original order.
