Manager was incredibly rude and condescending. She offered no help and no suggestions and was the most arrogant woman. Definitely won't be back!

Walmart Singing Oaks has been our go-to for glasses since they opened and we haven't been disappointed. The opticians are extremely helpful, and Patricia is the best! She is patient beyond belief, and tremendously helpful. A big "Thank you " to Patricia for going above and beyond!
After reading the reviews here and looking over Walmart’s website for their eyeglasses offerings, I went to see Nancy. She was immensely helpful and took care of all the details with finesse. Easy peasy. Now I know where to go in the future.
I stopped to inquire about new frames. The customer service was amazing, very helpful information. My current glasses were adjusted to fit much better until I could get a new prescription. Again, very helpful and informative.
