Went in after talking to 2 different gentleman on two different days who could help me with everything I needed only to show up today and the person there telling me that they can't help me with anything at all
Christopher Ralph assisted me with my prescription glasses, and he truly took his time to make sure everything was just right. He carefully checked that my glasses fit well and that my bifocals were adjusted perfectly. He was very nice, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. The centre is clean, well lit, has a variety of different glass frames for men, women, and children and has a good assortment of related care products. Prices are competitive. The service is amazing. Multiple team members to assist you most times. Wait time is very short, but if you come in when they have many people waiting and are in the middle of providing service to multiple customers, you might have to wait a bit.
