Attempted to get a prescription filled in a frame i previously purchased from Walmart vision center in Wareham . I was told it could not be done without a upcharge /tray charge as the frame was a year old . I even had receipt. I was told when purchased, come back anytime to put in lenses. The woman is very very rude, snappy and argumentative. She should not be fit to work with the public! Horrible!!! Lady at counter was rude and had a horrible attitude. She shouldn't be working in a public setting. Hostel and condescending jagoff. Never again!!!!🖕🖕🖕
Two elderly people work the office. Neither could unscrew the screw on my frames & therefore told me they couldn’t get the lenses I needed. Not sure why I expected good customer service from a Walmart 😂
