The Dr has no clue my husband and I both had issues with our glasses. Mine had to be remade and the Dr got very nasty with my husband. We went to a different Dr and he said that the lenses were ok for each eye individually but not when both eyes work together. We will never go back to the Walmart West Branch Optical.
Came to look at frames, as I’ve been carrying around my script looking for the perfect pair, been eyeing some raybans- go into to look… ok right? Wrong. Employee attempted to guard the frames and followed me around the store carefully guarding each rack of frames by standing in front of it, like she thought I was going to take one and run off. She made me extremely uncomfortable and needless to say I won’t be buying anything in a place that makes me feel like a thief. No thanks.
There I was, and mom with broken glasses 6 weeks before Christmas. Of course, I'd let my prescription expire and my bank account was FEELING THE BURN of Christmas spirit. I did NOT have the extra money to pay for an eye exam. I couldn't just go without glasses! I hate you have to actually give them a star … this place is a joke . They don’t know how to communicate or multitask, and their customer service skills are non existent … both me and husband had very unpleasant experiences at separate times , we were both new to the place and will NEVER go back so good job 👏
Staff don’t seem to know their stuff. Told us twice they took our insurance even confirmed before making appointments for myself and kiddos. Went to go to my appt and they then tell me the doctor does not take our insurance, so turned around called my husband as it’s his insurance. He called not even five minutes after I left after being told they do not take our insurance just for her to tell my husband oh they do take it. Never mind, we will go else where.
