Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very patient and friendly to my child.

Informed staff that progressive bifocals do not work well for me. Staff ordered them anyway. I returned them after approximately 30 seconds.
Ridiculous. The young lady was rude and stated they only pay $18 for the frames despite the prescription being for tint and they accept the insurance.
