A nice optician from the glasses side took me into the optometrist office to make an appointment and the front desk receptionist didn't even look at me, told the nice optician that she was too busy, and she went about her busy business. I had tried calling to make an appointment before and couldn't get through, which is why I tried to make an appointment in person. Informed staff that progressive bifocals do not work well for me. Staff ordered them anyway. I returned them after approximately 30 seconds.
