I went in to see if I could get a pair of glasses I bought there years ago repaired. They couldn't use my old prescription because it was more than 2 years old and they didn't have the frames anymore. So Katelyn then went above and beyond and found an arm that they were able to install and repair my glasses with. I know this is a service they provide but it should still be mentioned when you get that level of customer service I wish they would have allowed me to buy them coffee.
