Me an my mom have been using blueride eye center for over 5yrs . We couldnt get in so we went to Ellijay to find out ive got 20/ 20 vision only need readers . The horrible thing with mom 5yr or longer catrackis she was involved in terrible car wreck last oct being airlifted to grady trauma . Shes came along way broke bk 2places ribbs broken an lung puncture now I cant even get anyone to talk to me . But I will be taking actions with the insurance comp. The optician isnt bad but the staff here are oretty awful. I went in to get my glasses adjusted so one of the ladies took them to the back and returned a few minutes later. I tried them on to see if they fit ok and instantly noticed something was wrong with my lenses, they were fogged over but it wouldn't wipe off. This woman didnt remove my lenses when she took a heat gun to the glasses and burned them! To which she said, "dang i was worried that would happen."
