I was excited to pick up my new glasses and the male employee with dark hair would not let me barrow a contact case to take out my contacts to try on my glasses to test the prescription to see if it was correct. He just said “you can come back.” I live an hour away so I really wanted to make sure everything felt good before leaving. I’ve been wearing contacts and glasses for 30 years and never have I ever not been allowed to take out my contacts to see if the prescription on a brand new pair of glasses was correct. Love the service but the discrepancies between actual hours and advertised, Let me drive 45 mins out of my way to reach a closed vision center. I dont care when you close but advertise accurately!! Wasting my time doesnt make anyone happy.
Closed on Monday when they clearly say their open online
Bizarre experience. They don't accept most insurance so we planned on paying out of pocket, no biggie it's only 75.00. She started the exam then realized we were paying out of pocket, stopped the exam and made us pay. Not something I have experienced before. She was very short with us and didn't seem to want to be doing the exam. They get 3 stars because the gentleman who took our payment and gave us the prescription was great though and I cannot recommend him more as he was willing to answer our questions about the prescrip... read more
I would recommend Dr.Gingras for an eye exam. She seemed very proficient. The exam was thorough and, throughout it, she was pleasant and very patient in answering my numerous questions. And, most important, the accuracy of her prescription is spot on.
