Disappointed. Up front, I am NOT a disgruntled customer. Please read and try to understand my concern. On September 26, I came in to order a couple new pairs of glasses because I knew my prescription was going to expire soon. The lady told me that it’s going to be an hour or two because they’re busier than normal. That’s fine I’ll just come back another day. She told me my prescription expires “at the end of October”.
