This morning I woke up, only to find out that I passed out with my glasses on. Quite the bonehead move, I agree. The left arm of the frames had came off and needed to be reattached. I needed them fixed within 2 hours, since I need them for work... They were fixed in 5 minutes, no charge. Not only that, but all of my previous experiences with them have been great too. These guys are simply awesome, and I highly recommend them!
Incompetent. Marie doesn't know how to measure for a bifocal. Not sure any of the employees are actually certified opticians. Don't waste your time or money
