I have only good things to say about this vision center. The doctor is great. I brought my own frames and they happily filled. them Only wish I lived a little closer.
I called the store and a very rude lady picked up the phone and said "how may the f*ck can I help" then I told her I needed to see if they sold iPhones because idk & she said I'm sorry I cannot help you I'm on my period & cannot get up. & then I asked to talk to the manager and i sat there for a solid 8mins.
I think this was the best experience i have ever had at any doctors office! The staff and doctor was nice and they helped me with everything fast and with great prices. I couldn't ask for better service and prices!
I had plenty of freedom to walk around & try frames (I was probably there for an hour before I decided on something). The staff was friendly & patient. I wasn't pressured to buy anything out of my price range. They made the process easy & my frames were ready quicker than expected.
worst experience I have ever experienced. chubby (possibly Hispanic )??? -man at the Crawfordville,Florida walmart vision center repeatedly told me what I was going to buy- even after I calmly told him 12 times that I would not be and would be picking out my own frames. I ended up having cross words with him when he gave me my total lol yeah only funny since I hadn't ever got a chance to find the frames I wanted to buy.
