However, I was repeatedly refused an electronic copy of my prescription by the front desk staff—both via email and patient portal—despite my clear request. Ms.Cindy was amazing! Great customer service which can be hard to find. Very helpful and answered all my questions and explained everything. Fast service everything was ready faster than I thought. I will definitely be returning to this location! Thank you and keep up the great work.
