The team there is phenomenal
Amazing experience! The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely patient! I was indecisive about frames and went back 3 or 4 times. Each time, I received the same high-quality customer service. Hats off to Steve, Krystal, and Mike (Pete), the eye guy! Thank you all for your knowledge and patience.
I went to the Walmart vision center to order new contacts, glasses, and to fix my current pair of glasses that were broken. Michael helped me and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! He made the process easy, helped figure out my eye insurance, walked me through what was covered under my plan, and fixed my broken glasses! He deserves a raise, he made the process so easy! I recently had an eye exam at the Walmart Vision Center in Ledgewood. This is my second positive experience, but Kathi S really went above and beyond. She was able to help me find a pair of frames that really fit me well, and that's no easy task. She was extremely patient, knew when to help and went to step back and let me take some time to process it all. I wish all Walmart employees were as good as she was.
