We always use Walmart for our vision needs. I got to the vision center at 215. States they close at 6pm. One employee was helping a customer and then the other employee states they are getting ready to close and they can't help me. All I needed was new lenses for my frames, didn't even need to pick out glasses. Just think it's a little ridiculous they turn away paying customers because they want to close early on a Saturday. 🤷♀️
On my visit last year to get my glasses the staff were wonderful. This time is was terrible. I was the only customer in the store. I walked over to the 2 employees to help with adjusting my glasses. The first time there was no change. She took them back (I was very polite)and when she returned she had bent the ear pieces over 2 inches downward and the sides did not match.
5/3/23 3:21pm. Sign indicated they would return at 2:45. Waited 30+ minutes for someone from the Vision Center to reopen. Returned to my car & called, continuously ringing. My time is valuable as much as the next person. My intentions were to get his lenses placed in new frames. The Eye Site isn’t an option! So another day without his glasses! Walmart sure knows how to turn your smile upside down!
