I feel as though this optical center has a good variety of frames at decent prices. However, the staff there is not friendly and unwilling to help. I had a very poor experience trying to get a prescription from another optical center filled at this location even though it had all necessary information on it.
They keep calling me for no reason
This office and ALL of the staff are absolutely wonderful!! They get you in quick, Dr.Samu is thorough, pays attention to detail and is just so very pleasant to have working on you and the rest of the staff are so friendly!! They're all so helpful in finding the right frames that flatter your face. Also it's very clean and organized. 10 out of 10 recommend these fine folks 👍🏽👍🏽

I had my eyes examined by Dr Samu and although she and her staff were nice I feel they are incompetent. The doctor could not figure out my prescription. She had to call my previous optometrist. When I had a serious problem caused from her exam she could not be reached. After 6 days she returned my call and never asked about my eyes. She just said my problem is not her fault.
