Dr Carpenter is the best! He takes the time to listen to what your needs are to get the best vision outcome. Kellan is a great vision center manager. Have interacted with him many times for glasses adjustments or questions about glasses. Christian assisted me this time, and was personable and quick without being rushed. Highly recommend!
I was traveling from Virginia Beach to Baltimore, Maryland. It was the summertime and my glasses kept sliding down so I stopped by this vision Walmart center Ja’Bria Jones not only adjusted my glasses. She cleaned them and made me feel like I was the most important customer she had. She did all this for free and took the time to do it and did not make me feel like I was a nuisance. Miss Jones, you are obviously a woman who loves her job and loves customer service!
My mom and I were assisted by Ja’Bria yesterday and she made the experience fun and enjoyable!
I have not been to the practice, yet. However, I called about the charge to have the optometrist examine my eyes and fill out my required card for the MVA in order to renewal my driver's license and they gave me an excellent price (b.t.w., I do not have any insurance that will pay for my visit).
The young lady Bri was the most helpful and respectful young lady best eyeglass place awesome!
